THE SPA
BUSINESS POLICIES
Appointments, though not mandatory, are
certainly preferred. Many of our procedures are in high demand, and
often need to be booked several days, or even weeks in advance. When
you book an appointment, a credit card number may be required to hold the
booking.
Please arrive on time for your
appointment. If it's your first visit to the spa, please arrive 15
minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork. If you need to
cancel an appointment, please try to do so at least 24 hours prior.
Appointments that are re-scheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours
notice will be charged 50% of the treatments cost. No-shows are
subject to a charge equalling 100% of the treatment cost.
PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL ENFORCE THIS POLICY.
If you are late for an appointment, we
will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may cut short in
order to allow for the next scheduled appointment. If you decide not
to continue with the treatment, then the appointment will be considered a
no-show. The time lost will not be applied as a credit on your
account.
When you arrive, you will be asked to remove your shoes, and wear slippers
while in the spa. Because many treatments involve the use of topical
products, you may also be asked to remove some or all of your clothing.
If you prefer not to do this, please ensure your clothing is loose and
comfortable, and allows the technician access to the treatment area.
During all laser and flashlamp (IPL) procedures, you are required to have
protective eyewear. This eyewear is provided by the spa.
Please shut off all mobile devices prior to your appointment. Also,
please do not bring small children, babies, or pets to your appointment,
as we do not have the facilities to accommodate them without disrupting
other clients.
Please keep the lines of communication open between you and your
technician. If a treatment is uncomfortable or painful, please let
us know. We will keep records of all your visits, and treatments
settings are customized to you, so it is essential we know how you feel at
all times. If anything changes between appointments, such as
medications or sun exposure, please make sure your technician knows this
PRIOR to treatment.
Payment for procedures can be made by cash, debit, or credit card (Mastercard
and Visa). Please note, we will only accept cheques from established
clients.
Please be aware that results are not guaranteed,
and we do not issue refunds for services and/or products.
